A thorough evaluation evaluation of your physical and functional abilities, integrating aspects of wellbeing. It assesses mobility, strength, balance, pain, and daily functional tasks, and seeks to determine underlying causes for changed behaviours.  We recommend including a detailed report that provides objective assessments, personalised recommendations, and strategies to support care decisions, therapy planning, and funding applications.

This assessment is often conducted at home*, but can be completed via telehealth, or in our therapy clinic.  â€‹
