Who This Program is Ideal For
✔ People living with mild to moderate dementia
✔ Individuals who are medically stable
✔ Those able to participate in short seated activities with supervision
✔ Situations where one consistent support person can deliver sessions
Safety & Supervision
To participate safely, the person must be able to sit and engage safely, not be at risk of swallowing small items, and be supervised at all times.
If circumstances change during the program, participation should pause and professional advice sought.

Support for Carers, Too
Caring for someone with dementia can feel isolating, but you’re not alone. With Connect at Home™ also includes optional access to an online community where you can:
Connect with other carers who understand.
Share experiences and feel supported.
The program also provides enjoyable activities you can do together, supporting connection and adding structure and enjoyment to everyday life.
