A diagnosis of dementia changes life - not only for the person, but for everyone who cares and supports them.
Families often tell me they’re given brochures and lists of “things to do”, but rarely the understanding or guidance they need to help their loved one keep living well.
People often share that they want to stay involved, feel stimulated in their daily tasks, and continue contributing in ways that feel like “them”, but carrying this diagnosis makes things harder - they want to feel understood and confident, but don't know how.
These experiences led me to create The Connect Method™ — a simple, practical framework that helps people and families live well, build confidence, and stay connected despite living with dementia.
