Hi, I’m Amanda, the founder of Absolute Care Therapy. With over two decades of experience in reablement and support, I am dedicated to helping people continue living independently at home. My career has been devoted to supporting people throughout their ageing journey, with a focus on enhancing their quality of life and independence.

I hold advanced training in Gerontology and Dementia, and I a certified facilitator of Cognitive Stimulation Therapy. This extensive background equips me to offer expert, person-centred care tailored to each individual’s unique needs. My passion lies in empowering people to achieve their optimal quality of life, regardless of where they are on their journey.

Over the years, I have observed the silent struggles faced by those living with chronic health conditions, the remarkable efforts of their caregivers, and the challenges encountered by home care providers. I recognise the emotional and physical toll that caregiving and managing complex health conditions can impose on families and professionals alike.
