Making it easy to support thinking, communication, and connection at home
This program is designed for families who want to support a loved one’s cognitive health and abilities but feel unsure about what’s possible or where to begin.
Think of is as 'my brain in a box' - decades of neuro-rehabilitation experience transformed into simple, enjoyable activities backed by evidence and neuroscience.
You’re not just receiving a book and a box of resources; you’re receiving a complete, easy-to-follow home program that supports cognitive health and wellbeing while nurturing connection and relationships at home. With the option of having 8-weeks of support.
All the hard work is done — all that’s left is to sit together. make a cuppa, and have fun.
Sessions can be run by family or staff, with principles that flow easily into daily life.
Feedback From People Who’ve Participated in Our Programs
Caring for a person living with cognitive changes can take a lot of emotional and physical energy, so it makes sense to feel cautious about anything that looks time-consuming or complicated.

Sessions have been intentionally created to be simple, enjoyable, and everything is provided to make it super simple to pick up and enjoy.
Each session is:
-
Short — around 20–30 minutes
-
Enjoyable and conversation-sparking
-
Designed to help you spend purposeful time together
-
Fully prepared with all steps and materials included
-
Easy to follow, so support staff or visitors can run sessions too

Just like our body needs exercise to stay strong, our brain benefits from regular challenge and rich conversation.
Cognitive Stimulation is an evidence-based approach associated with improved cognition, communication, and wellbeing, with some studies suggesting it may help slow decline.
Our home programs offers this through enjoyable, interactive activities that stimulate thinking skills while also supporting memory, language, confidence, and mood.
While puzzles like crosswords and brain games can help in certain ways, the Connect Method™ goes further. It guides deeper thinking and conversations that usually wouldn't have in everyday chats about the weather or daily events.
These activities invite stories, opinions, and reflections from life experiences, helping the brain work at its best.
The Home Program is designed to be easy - 20 minute sessions, twice a week
