couple connecting through education offered by Absolute Care Therapy ReConnect program to support people living with dementia

Your first step to understanding dementia and moving forward with confidence

What is the ReConnect Education Series?

ReConnect™ is an education video series designed to support people and families in the early stages after a dementia diagnosis — a time when there are often more questions than answers.

Many people tell me they’ve been given lots of information, yet still feel unsure about what the diagnosis really means, what’s actually happening, or where to begin.

Clear, simple videos that makes understanding dementia easy - without hours of reading or searching.

Designed with busy families in mind, these short video sessions offer clear explanations, practical insights, and gentle guidance, helping you understand what you can influence and how to move forward with confidence.

The series is designed to:

  • build understanding and confidence

  • help you feel more in control of everyday life

  • support meaningful conversations and connection

ReConnect™ can be completed as a standalone education series, and it also serves as a great first step before beginning our Connect at Home™ program — helping families feel prepared, knowledgable, and ready for the next stage.
