Designed for CST Connect graduates to maintain and build on progress from the Start-Up CST program, this program:

Runs in 8-week term blocks with a familiar, structured format

Offers ongoing cognitive stimulation through engaging, fresh activities

Nurtures social connection and supports cognitive health
Individual Session Details

When: Weekly therapy sessions – Wednesdays

Duration: 1.5 hours per session

Group Size: Small, limited to 6 participants

Group numbers are kept very small for a boutique, highly personalised therapy experience

If a place in the group program isn’t available, we’ll offer you our myCST Enrich Home program, so therapy can continue without interruption
