About the Program
Designed to maintain and build on progress made during the Start-Up CST program, this maintenance program runs in 8-week term blocks. With a familiar structure and welcoming environment, combined with fresh and engaging content, the program provides ongoing cognitive stimulation while nurturing social connection and overall wellbeing.
Many participants continue with our term-by-term maintenance program, while others choose a personalised home program to continue therapy in a way that suits their lifestyle.
